The people of Luisiana are known for their hospitality, industry and love for camaraderie. It is no surprise to see our kababayan, men and women alike, having a bottle of lambanog in a cold early evening. Dancing and love for music are part of the character of every Luisianians.

The months of March, April and May are summer season. This is the season for harvest and thanksgiving. It is the time of the year when Luisianians go for it... relax, enjoy and be merry. We always look forward to celebrating our reunions, town anniversary, santacruzan and San Isidro festivity. Some of the grand attractions started by the late Mayor Pepito Diwajon in 1998 were street dancing, pandan festival and the Ms. Luisiana contest in celebration of the anniversary of our home town. Herewith are some memorable pictures. Hopefully, it will provide you with insights to our culture and tradition.
